This unique program includes a detailed fitness assessment of every student, followed by lessons that focus on various ways students can develop their overall physical fitness. The fitness assessment consists of six different tests that target various fitness components. Student’s results are classified using criterion-referenced standards that are based on levels of fitness for good health. These results provide valuable feedback for the student and can also be used by the teacher for reporting purposes. Our large range of equipment ensures students are continually active while also developing their fundamental movement skills.
